H1n1 influenza pandemic H1N1 Deaths, a total of 67 People and more to go, the question would be who would be the next? I just googled for the most updated news article and this is what i found, From: http://www.standardsusers.org/ Written by Sam Wednesday, 19 August 2009 09:59 KUALA LUMPUR -- There have been three more deaths due to the Influenza A (H1N1) virus taking the toll to 67 deaths, said Health Director-General Tan Sri Dr Mohd Ismail Merican. He said all the three deaths involved those in the high-risk group including a 33-years-old woman who died due to severe bronchopneumonia and who was tested positive for influenza A (H1N1) on Aug 12 after being admitted to the intensive care unit on Aug 7. One of the latest three misfortune death from the influenza was so happened to be one of my high school teacher. Ms Chai Mee Feng A strong dedicated teacher whom touched hundreds of students of SMK USJ 12. Although she never taught me during my high school, I remembered her. A young, cheerful and sporting teacher whom never failed to put a smile in each and every student in a dull and boring morning class. As i remembered, she taught math/science/english in the school. Her classes are always filled with the joy of learning and not just learning but getting along with the students which make them feel comfortable when Ms. Chai is teaching. That made her a "the favourite teacher" among the juniors and seniors. However today, she had left the us to continue her journey which none of us can really join her as the path had brought her into another world... as all we know, today 19th August 2009... Shall be a day to remember! R.I.P Ms. Chai Oh ya and the part i forgotten to mention. Most patient who died/ pass away from H1n1 either has to do with pneumonia or difficulties with lungs, breathing etc. Most likely, people who are asthmatic based has higher chance to be infected with H1n1 in which unfortunately, I'm one of them. Lets just pray hard and hope this pandermic will end as soon as possible. p/s: I DON'T WANNA DIE AS VIRGIN!!! |
